Since 1988, Blauer has had the honor of consulting for elite elements within the military, including the U.S. Marshals, Federal Air Marshal Service, Coast Guard, DOE, Secret Service, FLETC, and Border Patrol. Internationally, he has trained law enforcement and military professionals in Holland, Australia, Germany, France and the U.K., where the SPEAR System is taught to every police officer through ACPO. Blauer has also designed programs for the U.N. Security Services, Asymmetric Warfare Group, as well as elements within the DoD. Post 9/11, he also created the first pilot’s self-defense program for Federal Express.
